Book Control System is a fully integrated system which allows you to keep track of all your swatch and pattern books.

Controls Book Loans

Registers swatch books, pattern books and fabric waterfalls as they are lent out, checks them back in when they are returned and whether or not a deposit is refundable.

Books on loan are linked to a customer, making it possible to list all books on loan to a particular Customer and when they are due back.

A full list of all the books on loan, who they are on loan to and their due dates of return, this is useful to quickly check to see if a book is already out on loan without having to search the shop.

Valuation

The system gives you an up-to-date valuation of books, swatches etc. in stock, the quantity purchased, the purchase price of each book or swatch, and the date purchased, keeps books up to date i.e. whether current or discontinued.

Classifications

Classifications identify a book quickly for a particular type or style of fabric, e.g. "Bedroom"- "Child" - "Girl" or "Lounge" - "Traditional" - "Plains"

Books can be searched for under classification, a real time saving feature especially for a member of staff not familiar with all the books.
