Purchase Order Processing (POP) program is a must have add-on to ACE For Windows Senior.

POP is Easy to use and will bring a new level of efficiency to your business.

  • POP turns an accepted estimate from ACE into an order allowing you to control and order all the items that you need to purchase e.g. fabrics, trimmings, tracks, etc.
  • At a glance, you can see the status of all items required and ordered for a Job i.e. what has been ordered, what has been delivered and what is still outstanding.
  • POP controls orders with suppliers.
  • Savings in carriage charges can be made when items from different jobs are batched together in one order.
  • Orders entered into POP can be printed out, ready to fax to your suppliers, or emailed if you have ACE Email.
  • When ordering, the cost price of goods is stored so that the invoice can be easily checked, no more overcharging.
  • Stock items can be ordered i.e. Linings and tracks, which are not linked to a specific job.
  • All suppliers' details, including contact names and email addresses, are saved and can be accessed in seconds.
