Manual	On screen manual available at a click of a button.
On Screen Help	Help button displays information relative to the screen you are viewing.
Fabric File	If required frequently used fabrics, linings, interlinings, trimmings can be saved within the system and select at the time of estimating.
Customer Database	Customer information at the click of a button. Customer details e.g. name, address, phone numbers, email address etc. stored in the system. Labels can be printed for mail shots. The names & addresses can be exported for use outside the system. Client details can be imported in to ACE
Supplier Database	Supplier information at the click of a button. Supplier details e.g. contact name, phone numbers, email address etc. stored in the system. Supplier details can be imported in to ACE
Job Status	Shows stage of job e.g. estimate, accepted, completed, invoiced. *A STAR FEATURE*
Job Profile	Job screen can show different criteria e.g. All estimates created by a salesperson, all accepted jobs in one month.
Users	Each member of staff can have their own User name. This allows the administrator to set up the access rights for each ACE User.
Security & Password	Areas within the system can be password protected, stopping unauthorised User access.

Estimates	Prints out the estimate ready to send to your customer. Different styles of estimate can be created & stored showing as much or as little information as you wish to show your customer. *A STAR FEATURE*
Additional Information	In addition to printing out the estimate, opening, closing and footing paragraphs can be customised and added to estimates. Estimates can either be printed out on your own letterhead or you can create your own header within ACE. Save printing costs.
Workroom Sheets	Produces detailed workroom sheets with cutting instructions. Workroom sheets do NOT show prices. *A STAR FEATURE*
Checklists	List of all items on the estimate for checking prior to delivery/fitting a job. Never Leave an Item Behind Again!
Summary Sheets	Summarizes the whole estimate adds up the quantity of fabrics, linings trimmings, accessories etc. required ready for you to order. No more under or over ordering of fabric!
Fabric Cut Report	Provides a summary of each material, the qty required for each item that uses the fabric. Handy for cutting the fabric and distributing it through your workrooms
Clauses	Closing and footing paragraphs can be added to individual estimates describing information relevant to the job e.g. care and washing instructions for a specific fabric used within the estimate.
Reports	Provides statistical reports and general job print. Customer and Supplier details can be printed and labels created.

 

COSTINGS		Lite	Lite Plus	Senior
Making Charges	Per width, per metre, per square unit or using grid systems based on rail size or widths. Per drop e.g. up to 150cm one price, up to 250cm at another price.
VAT	Prices can include VAT or have VAT added to the total.
Currencies	The system can be set up in the currency of your choice.
Selling Price	The system can be set up showing selling price only. Ideal in a Retail environment.
Cost Price	Cost prices can be entered and used in conjunction with a range of mark ups.
Discount or Mark Up	At printing a discount or a mark up can be applied to the total of the estimate or to an individual group i.e. fabrics, making etc.
Price Groups	Ability to set up more than one pricing structure - Contract or Domestic

The following products are the Add On Programs, which have been developed to complement the Ace For Windows Program to help businesses to become more efficient, more competitive and more successful. They can only be used with Senior.

Ace Invoice	The Invoicing program is a must have add-on to ACE For Windows. Invoicing brings a new level of efficiency to your business. Invoicing is easy to use and has everything you need to control your jobs and invoices more accurately than ever before.
Purchase Order Processing (POP)	Turns the accepted estimate into a job and allows you to order all fabrics, trimmings, tracks, etc, everything you need. Controls which goods have been delivered, and what is still outstanding for each estimate as orders are updated as goods are delivered. Items not related to jobs, can also be ordered and controlled. Orders entered, can be printed out ready to fax to your supplier. Stores all supplier details including contact names, address and email.
Book Control System (BCS)	Facilitates the control and monitoring of the stock of swatch/pattern books and waterfalls. Controls the lending of books to customers allowing monitoring of books out on loan. Valuation of all books by supplier. Allows identification of books by classification i.e. lounge, traditional, plain.
Scheduler	A Diary System that is linked to an Ace Estimate, enabling appointments to be made for Fitters, Consultants, and Measurers etc. All the information that is required for the appointment is available at a glance. Appointments can also be made without having been linked to an Ace Estimate, for example, time for exhibitions, departmental meetings, holidays and private appointments etc, can all be set in the Schedule, so that there are no double bookings.
Ace Email	The ability to email Estimates, Workroom sheets etc. in set formats.
Backup Package	A backing up application together with 3 Memory sticks plus full easy to follow instructions. Feel safe in the knowledge that your Ace For Windows data is Backed up!
Bespoke Printing Service	Redesigning of estimates, workroom sheets, fabric summary and checklists.
